齊河基地，統(tǒng)籌做好新動能的培育和舊動能的更新，以電爐短流程綠色環(huán)保智能示范項目為核心，立足現(xiàn)有業(yè)態(tài)，依托鋼鐵母材和工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)勢，6 平方公里的增量配電園區(qū)，以及土地、能耗、鐵路專用線、工業(yè)蒸汽等資源要素保障，延伸鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，打造鋼鐵新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。立足濟(jì)南新舊動能轉(zhuǎn)換起步區(qū)的協(xié)同區(qū)，借助與高端裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)園接壤區(qū)位優(yōu)勢和工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)條件、園區(qū)配套要素資源，加快高端裝備制造項目落地（與山東省科學(xué)院聯(lián)合共建“新質(zhì)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新基地、裝備生產(chǎn)制造基地、人才實訓(xùn)基地”），加快建設(shè)德瑞智能制造產(chǎn)業(yè)園，打造省會經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的產(chǎn)城融合示范園區(qū)（聚焦新能源、新材料、新智造等產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域，形成“產(chǎn)業(yè) +配套、平臺 + 生態(tài)、創(chuàng)新 + 賦能、團(tuán)隊 + 蓄能”產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)）。
Qihe Base coordinates the cultivation of new kinetic energy and the upgrading of traditional kinetic energy.Centering on the green, environmentally friendly, and intelligent demonstration project of electric furnace short process, it leverages existing business models, the advantages of steel feedstock and industrial foundation. With a 6-square-kilometer incremental power distribution park, and guaranteed resources like land, energy quotas, dedicated railway lines, and industrial steam, it extends the steel industry chain to build a advanced steel material industrial cluster. Based in the coordinated zone of Jinan's New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Start-up Area, it leverages the geographical advantage of bordering the high-end equipment manufacturing industrial park, industrial foundation conditions, and supporting resource elements of the park to accelerate the implementation of high-end equipment manufacturing projects (jointly building "New Quality Industrial Innovation Base, Equipment Production and Manufacturing Base, Talent Training Base" with Shandong Academy of Sciences), accelerating the construction of the Derui Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, and creating a demonstration park for industry-city integration in the provincial capital economic circle (focusing on new energy, new materials, new intelligent manufacturing and other industrial fields, forming industrial ecology of "industry + supporting, platform + ecology, innovation + empowerment, team + energy storage").
